Short Description:

The Jiajia Ling servo press is driven by an AC servo motor. The rotation force is changed to the vertical direction by a high-precision ball screw, and the pressure sensor management pressure loaded on the front end of the drive site is rely on the encoder control management speed position. At the same time, a pressure is applied to the working object to achieve the device of the processing purpose.

It can control the pressure, stop position, drive speed, and stop time. It is possible to realize the full process closed loop control of the pressing force and the press-in depth in the pressure assembly operation, and the entire pressing process is divided into fast forward, probe, press, pressure, and return five stages.
